One thing you might notice, I use Honey in place of sugar. Less processed is what I like.

Beer Bread from Scratch

3 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbs Sugar
1 can beer

Mix all ingredients together, put in greased 9x5x3" loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
